1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Paidr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Paidr for personal or business invoicing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the software beyond permitted use.
Use the application for any unlawful purpose.
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations.
Transfer, sell, or sublicense the application.

3. User Accounts

While Paidr can be used without an account for local invoicing, Pro and Team features require account registration. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pro and Team plans are subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of subscription.
Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date.
Price changes communicated with 30 days notice.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase (or renewal) as per our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Paidr are owned by Paidr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your invoices and data remain your property.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Paidr:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
To transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
To infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
To harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
To create fraudulent invoices or financial documents.

7. Disclaimer

Paidr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Paidr or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Data and Backups

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. For local-only users, data is stored solely on your device and loss is your responsibility.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the application ceases immediately.
We may delete your cloud-stored data after 30 days.
No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
